Live-In Sitter Service
When booking your live-in sitter service you will provide both the start and end date/time. Services are charged per overnight stay at the residence. Example: If you requested your stay to start at 9AM on Friday and go through 3PM on Sunday; you would be charged for 2 nights.
If sitter is requested to stay after 9PM on departure day; an additional night charge will be added. Example: start at 9AM on Friday and stay through 11PM on Sunday; you would be charged for 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request as much notice as possible when cancellation any service. We understand that traveling can cause unforeseen circumstances so we try to be as flexible as possible.
The only time we charge for an unperformed service is in the event of a same day cancellation. Please see examples below:
Drop-In Visits: If you were booked for (3) visits a day for (6) days and you needed to cancel the trip you would be responsible only for the (3) visits on the same day as cancellation. You would not be liable for the entire originally scheduled duration. If cancelled prior to the start date of services, there is no cancellation fee.
Live-In Sitter: If cancellation is received prior to start date of services, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel booking on the same day as services were scheduled to start you will be responsible for the first night charge. Example: you were booked for 3PM on Friday through 5PM on Sunday and you need to cancel the entire booking; you will be responsible for paying for one night if not cancelled the day prior (Thursday).
If you need to come home earlier than originally scheduled; a minimum of (4) hours notice needs be provided and services need to be terminated prior to 9PM to not accrue any additional costs. Example: If you were scheduled Friday-Monday but unexpectedly needed to come home on Sunday, you would need to provide us with that information at least (4) hours prior to your new arrival time. If (4) hours is not provided or provided after 9PM you will be responsible for that night charge.
Holiday Fee's
Holiday fee's are applicable on the following observed Holidays:
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve
Drop-In Visits: $5 holiday per visit on observed holidays
Live-in Sitter: $20 holiday fee on observed holidays
